To give you an idea of what an air care agreement may cost you, we’ll explain what a program agreement is, what factors into its cost, how much it costs, and which agreements are available. After reading, you’ll know if an air care agreement is right for your budget.
What is an Air Care Program Agreement?
In an air care program agreement, State Chemical provides you with a fragrance system and its required maintenance over one year. Program agreements are billed monthly, quarterly, or annually, and service is usually provided monthly as well.
Institutional air care program agreements are available across five of our fragrance systems: Fragrance Factory, the State Fragrance Cube 2-6, the State Fragrance Cube 6-15, the standard State Fragrance Cube, and State Fragrance Central.
What Factors into Air Care Agreements?
With a State Chemical air care agreement, you aren’t just paying for the system; you’re paying for everything that goes into maintaining the system for a year.
This means that your agreement includes the cost of the dispenser itself, monthly fragrance refills, battery replacements, freight, and tax. Plus, service is provided with every agreement. Depending on which system you choose, these expenses will vary. Additionally, the cost will vary depending on the scenting frequency in your program.
How Much Does a State Chemical Air Care Program Agreement Cost?
Considering these factors, a State Chemical air care program agreement can range from $110 per month to $311.67 per month, which is $1,320–$3,740.04 per year.
Generally, these expenses are at the lower end for the Cube 2-6 and Fragrance Factory. Meanwhile, the standard Fragrance Cube and the Fragrance Central will have higher costs, and the Cube 6-15 lands somewhere in the middle of this range.
State Chemical Program Agreements Available for Air Care
With State Chemical’s program agreements, you have fairly customizable options. For all systems, you can choose which time of the day you want them to run, and therefore, you can control how much product is getting used.
With the four systems in the Fragrance Cube family, you can choose between a standard program and a light program. In the standard program, the system runs 24 hours a day, and the fragrance needs to be refilled every 30 days.
Meanwhile, in the light program, the system runs 12 hours a day, and the fragrance needs to be refilled every 60 days. Because the light program uses half as much product, it’s cheaper per month than agreements on the standard program.
When it comes to Fragrance Factory, you also have options. Typically, Fragrance Factory uses two Fragrance Paks at a time, but you can choose to use only one Fragrance Pak at a time to save product.
Similarly, you can choose to run your system so that it’s on one minute and off five minutes, on one minute and off 15 minutes, on for 24 hours, or activated by a light sensor. While the Fragrance Paks will still lose some fragrance when the system’s fan is turned off, they will still last longer between refills when you use less frequent dispensing, meaning that your bill will be lower.
