Screw-Eez II protects against seizure, heat freeze, galling, rust and corrosion. It creates an effective shield between mated parts. It will not harden, dry out or separate. with microsize Copper flakes, fortified with anti-oxidants and corrosion inhibitors, Screw-Eez II prevents oxidation, will not inhibit conductivity, and functions in a wide temperature range, from -65F to 1800F.

SAVES TIME AND MONEY
Screw-Eez II reduces friction, breakaway torque and wrench torque. Hassle-free assembly and dismantling of equipment saves time and increases productivity. Permits reuse of nuts, bolts, studs and other metal fittings. Anti-seize agents are dispersed in a water-resistant grease that resists wetting, hardening or setting, even under water. Screw-Eez II is unaffected by contraction, expansion and vibration. It will not squeeze out of threads or gum up.

VERSATILE MATING SHIELD
Screw-Eez II can be used to mate steel, iron, aluminum, brass, monel, copper, titanium, most alloys, stainless steel, plastics and fiberglass. It meets the requirements of Military Specification MIL-A-907E.

Directions for Use

Screw-Eez II provides a leak-proof seal in temperatures from -65°F (-54°C) to 1800°F (982°C). Screw-Eez II is a lubricant, sealer and anti-seize compound for nuts, bolts, valves, flanges, studs, screws and
threaded fittings. it can be used on bushings, castings, forming dies, drill collars, drive chains, fittings, gaskets, plugs, packing and press fit unions. Screw-Eez II can be used on diesel and gas engines, fuel injectors, cylinder head assemblies, manifolds, boiler fittings, pipe threads and turbine valve components. The special Screw-Eez II formula permits use on ammonia and acetylene lines. Screw-Eez II can be used with steel, iron, stainless steel, aluminum, brass, copper titanium, most alloys, plastics and fiberglass. Meets requirements of Military Specifications MIL-PRF-907E. NOTE: Not recommended for use on stainless steel or alloys with a high nickel concentration at temperatures above 550°F (288°C). Do not use Screw-Eez II as a sealant on oxygen or LPG lines.
