Product Description

REMOVE BUILDUP AND MINIMIZE CORROSION It is important to regularly clean your ice machine to remove buildup and avoid contamination. Nice and Shiny protects your equipment and minimizes corrosion, improving the quality of your ice. Regular equipment cleaning will lengthen the life of your ice machine and prevent potential jams from occurring. Nice and Shiny is NSF registered as acceptable for use in and around food processing areas, where
its use is not intended for direct food contact (A1).
NICKEL-SAFE AND CONVENIENT
This concentrated formula is non-foaming and non-fuming, so it makes for easy dilution that quickly removes lime scale and mineral buildup. Its special inhibitors will minimize corrosion, protecting the plated nickel and stainless steel on your machine.

Directions for Use

Turn off ice machine. Drain water reservoir and refill with fresh water, adding 3 ounces of Nice and Shiny Ice Machine Cleaner per gallon of water. Start water circulating pump only and run 15-30 minutes. Use a brush to apply cleaner to scaled surface not adequately contacted by circulating solution. If scale is extra heavy, drain and repeat the cleaning procedure. After scale has been removed, drain and flush at least 2 or 3 times. Sanitize ice contact surfaces with a State® sanitizer. For stainless steel ice machine drums, add 8 ounces of cleaner per one gallon of water in a plastic container and brush the solution on the scaled areas. A potable water rinse is required after use
