EXOTHERMIC ACTION
Ice Remover’s special blend of ice melting ingredients are formulated into easy-to-use pellets. Ice Remover chemically generates heat. Imagine throwing an electric blanket on your winter-frozen parking lot! Exothermic action begins when Ice Remover comes in contact with snow (or any moisture), and heat is created. The heat melts the snow — which causes more moisture — which melts more snow.

EASY APPLICATIONS
Ice Remover can conveniently be applied using the Deluxe Spreader (Part #108371). This Deluxe Spreader meters even amounts for accurate, precise spreading. It features deep-tread tires for better traction and instant on/off controls. Strong, sturdy and non-corrosive. This versatile unit can be used to spread seed, grain and pelletized fertilizer.

Directions for Use

1. Sprinkle a liberal quantity EVENLY over the surface to be cleared of ice and snow. Avoid pileups. 2. Spread Ice Remover by shovel, scoop, or, for large areas, the State Deluxe Spreader. 3. For best results, apply as soon as snow begins falling to prevent its bonding to pavement. Re-apply to thawed areas to prevent refreezing as needed. NOTE: Concrete areas should be swept clean or flushed with water, as weather permits, after using any ice melting material to avoid the possibility of pitting under certain conditions. Do not use on porous or improperly cured concrete, or concrete less than one year old. Use of de-icers on porous brick, mortar joints and flagstone is not recommended. Ice Remover should not be used to de-ice aircraft. It also should not be used on concrete landing areas or other aircraft handling areas.
