Product Description

F-858 Super Cool-Ade® is a versatile combination of scale and corrosion inhibitors specifically designed to maximize cooling tower efficiency and control corrosion. It contains a superior blend of corrosion inhibitors that protect steal, copper, bronze and other yellow metals from corrosive water environments. It also has enhanced scale control, allowing for higher hard water tolerance and sludge control to maintain maximum system efficiency.

NSF approved as G5.

Directions for Use

SUPER COOL-ADE is a specially developed formulation to control scale build-up and provide protection on copper, bronze, aluminum, and steel parts of cooling tower systems. Avoid contamination of food during application and storage of the product.

Pre-Treatment Cleaning: Clean the system as necessary. Flush with fresh water, then refill the system with fresh water.

Initial Treatment: Add slowly in the tower sump to provide uniform mixing. See your State Industrial Products representative for proper dosage instructions.

Preventative Maintenance Treatment: Add 36 ounces per 1000 gallons of water. This level should be monitored daily with State Cooling Tower test kit to insure that the tower is properly protected at all times. Use the State Industrial Products Water Treatment test kit to test for active product level. Maintain product level at 120 - 150 ppm. See your State Industrial Products representative for
proper feedrates.
