Product Description

B.O.A.™ (Bad Odor Annihilator)neutralizes foul and smoke odors directly from the air handling system. B.O.A. provides invsibile odor neutralization for up to 30 days using the proprietary SE-500® odor neutralizing technology. Odors are eliminated and replaced with our signature Morning Fresh™ scent.

UNIQUE DELIVERY
B.O.A. uses a unique dry delivery system. No liquids are dispensed into the air system, eliminating the possibility of stains and bacterial growth. Each B.O.A. comes packaged in an innovative “air-flow” bag constructed of air permeable nylon mesh releasing the fragrance, not the beads. The B.O.A. bags are designed to provide odor neutralization without restricting airflow. Each B.O.A. contains ten pouches. One pouch treats 400 to 1200 CFM of air flow (about 1-3 tons of refrigeration). Each ten pouch B.O.A. can be cut to the needed size for specific applications. Each B.O.A. comes with easy-to-use mounting clips to secure the B.O.A. in the air handling ductwork.

Directions for Use

Install B.O.A.™ in the ventilating air handling system before the coils. Trim the B.O.A. to the number of odor neutralizing pouches needed for the air flow: One pouch treats 400-1,200 CFM of airflow; One strip treats 4,000-12,000 CFM of air flow depending on foul odor severity; One strip treats a 10-30 ton air handling unitFor best results replace air filters on a regular basis as needed to maintain maximum airflow. Clean coils twice per year to remove odor trapping dirt and debris with Coil Commando™. Install Sta-Clean® Anti-microbial Tablets in drip pans to prevent odor causing bacteria and mold build-up in condensate drip pans
